New Year’s Eve Run in Senica 2024 – A Successful End to the Year!

The last day of 2024 in Senica was once again filled with sports and good vibes. For the 39th time, the popular New Year's Eve Run in Senica took place, attracting not only competitive runners but also recreational enthusiasts.

This year, the event was part of prestigious series such as the Moravian-Slovak Running Cup, Grand Prix Záhoria, and the Záhorácky Children's Running Cup. All participants enjoyed a rich program, starting early in the morning at the football stadium in Senica.

Children, recreational runners, and professionals found their categories:

  • Children's races kicked off at 10:00 AM right in front of the stadium.
  • The Symbolic Health Run, perfect for post-holiday exercise, started at 11:30 AM.
  • Main adult races started at 12:00 PM, and the traditional champagne shot added a festive touch to the event.

The New Year's Eve Run in Senica is not only about athletic performance but also about meeting friends, family, and loved ones. This run has become a traditional part of the closing year and opens doors to new resolutions.
